We are very proud to announce that we have been chosen
as one of four finalists for the Hymans Robertson,
Corporate Social Responsibility Award in the National
Business Awards 2008 for Midlands and the East of
England, sponsored by Orange.
We are very proud to have been chosen
as a finalist for this prestigious award as we consider
corporate social responsibility to be a core part
of our organisation. We believe it is very important
that as a social enterprise, we have a positive impact
on the local community, the wider community and our
environment.
We are going to have to fight off
three tough competitors, Luminus Group, Norfolk County
Council and Warners Midlands. The Award ceremony will
be taking place on Tuesday 15th July at the National
Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, so we've got all
our fingers and toes crossed!
