We are very proud to
announce that Building Blocks are opening a new office
in the village of Whaley Thorns, near Langwith in
Nottinghamshire. On Tuesday 4th September we’re
having an opening event which will run from 10am until
1pm to celebrate its opening. People are invited to
drop in to find out who we are and why we have come
to Whaley Thorns.
To show your support, if you get the opportunity
then pop in and see us. Our new office is on Main
Street, next door to the Village Chippy in the village.
John Montague the chief executive of Newlife, the
organization that built and own the development at
Whaley Thorns, will be coming along to the event at
10am to officially hand over the keys to Gill &
Graham Gardiner, co-directors of Building Blocks.
This is a really exciting new venture for us, we
want to open up our services to the community in Whaley
Thorns and the surrounding area. It will be used by
our First Steps and Senior Steps Services, as well
as Odd Job Plus our new handyman service.
